INNOVATION FOR WATER TREATMENT

SA Envitech is a company focue to introduce into the market new innovative products and technologies for wastewater treatment and soil remediation. Innovations can be described by the difference they make to communities. Wastewater treatment innovations satisfy a number of different criteria, and in particular to integrate planning with other local services, to lower the costs of wastewater treatment through waste recovery and reuse, to minimize environmental pollution and to embrace flexibility, so that new innovations and technologies can be employed as they become available.  Read More...

RECAM®: NEW SCENARIOS FOR WATER TREATMENT

RECAM® (REactive CArbon Material) is a new mesoporous nanostructured carbon, which is inert, hydrophobic, compatible with the environment and with chemical-‐physical properties that place it on the market as a unique product of its kind and extremely interesting for use in environmental and energy fields. RECAM® has been invented by Ing. Ivano Aglietto, founder of SA Envitech. With RECAM® is now possible to approach the water treatment market with new innovative, effective and environmental friendly processes.  Read More...

FILTRATION PLANTS WITH RECAM®

The special regular cell structures comprising graphene planes and the presence of nanocrystals inside them provide RECAM® RE 55 with unique features in terms of contaminant removal and absorption of a wide range of contaminants, particularly of recalcitrant compounds. During the contact and filtration process between the contaminants and RECAM®, there is no chemical reaction or transformation. There is therefore no risk of unwanted reaction from byproducts or other contaminants that were not present in the original drinking water.  Read More...

RECAM® applied for landfill gas filtration

Thanks to the cooperation agreement between our licensor ITR and the Energy Public Company LGH has been tested successfully the application of RECAM® for landfill gas filtration. The results of pilot test in the landfill of Rovato (Italy) proved that with RECAM® is possible to remove 99,96% of H2S and 99,98% of all kinds of siloxanes with evident economical benefits in terms of reduction of operative cost for endotermic engines for landfill gas energy production.

Production of RECAM®: new facility in Czech Republic

SA Envitech has opened a new production facility in Rudna (Czech Republic) with 500 square meter of laboratories for pilot test and an area for the production of RECAM® for European market, north Africa and Middle East. The production capacity will be increased to 25 tons/month from end of October 2011.

MTBE removal from groundwater

Filtration with RECAM® is a new and cost-effective solution now available for large application of pump-and- treat of groundwater contaminated by MTBE. Several case studies demonstrated that with RECAM® it is possible to have a removal efficiency > 99%, without any limit of initial concentration. The treatment plant does not require important investments and no chemicals are added, as a result, it is both cost-effective and environmental friendly. Results of last pilot test reduced the initianal concentration of MTBE from 11.240 ppp to < 1. Such results are not possible with any other technology present into the market.

RECAM®: SOLUTION FOR THE ENVIRONMENTAL DISASTER IN THE GULF OF MEXICO

RECAM® has been tested and proposed as a solution for the environmental disaster in the Gulf of Mexico. The results of this solution are unique in terms of efficiency and environmental sustainability. Further details concerning this process are presented in the attached article.
